Apply to open calls

We post open calls throughout the year for artists, performers and community groups. Each call includes details about eligibility, requirements and deadlines. All applications close at 5 p.m. on the deadline date.

Open call dates may change or be extended.

Waterloo Park Art Walk

Artists are invited to submit an image for consideration to be installed in this outdoor “art walk gallery” for park visitors to enjoy throughout the year.

Applications will open in October 2026.
