Community, Culture, and Recreation Services offers a wide variety of activities, programs and services for all ages, all activity levels and all interests!

We offer a Personal Attendant Leisure Card (PAL) for people with disabilities to be accompanied by a personal attendant so that they may participate in designated City of Waterloo, Recreation & Leisure programs and activities.

Please be sure to check for facility closures and occasional program cancellations for all programs and activities.

The Program and Activities Guide is published four times each year. Copies may be picked up at any City of Waterloo facility or downloaded in Adobe PDF.
