You can purchase permits from Parking Services by calling 519-747-8637, Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 4:30pm.  Permits will then be made available for pickup from the Revenue Division at Waterloo City Hall. (Directions)

For your convenience we offer a payment plan.  All permits issued will be valid for the entire year!  We will require post dated monthly cheques to the end of the year.

Need a refund? Bring your permit to the Revenue Division at City Hall and we will refund all unused cheques to you. (part months are not refundable).

Don't take a chance.  Parkade it and Leave it!

Before you enjoy your first drink, please consider parking your car either in the Parkade located at the corner of Willis Way and Regina Street (entrance located on Willis Way) or in the designated spots in the Station Lot located at 20 Regina Street (the east side next to the Paul Puncher clothing store).

Overnight parking is prohibited on all City streets and municipal parking lots (with the exception of the designated spots in the Station Lot).

The Parkade has 24 hour video surveillance and while you will be paying for your parking in this garage, or in the designated spots in the Station Lot ($5 for overnight), your car will be safe and ticket-free until you can pick it up the next morning.
